Is a pleasure every time I come to my appointments. No complainant. My massage therapist it was always good and the facials.

The massage therapist was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She really helped me with my back issues. And the people in general at Hand and Stone are very welcoming.

Love my monthly facial with Alexa! She is the best; not sure if I would continue with Hand & Stone if she wasn't there :-)

Very pleasant staff and masseuse. Clean and calming room. Very satisfying massage. Pleasant checkout process and informative about membership opportunities.

Lack of availability of products used during massage for sale.

Please do not be so pushy with membership. Leaving relaxed from the services to then anxious about enrolling to be a member is not a great service. If a customer says no please respect it.

I absolutely love that from the moment you walk into the waiting area, the ambience is there for you to relax. The rest of the world goes away, and you are bathed in serenity. I’m so happy and relaxed after my appointment. Definitely coming back.
