The woman who helped me with my purchase warmly welcomed me to the store. When she learned that it was my first visit to the store, she gave me a thorough tour of the store - explaining what items were available and what the benefits of the items were. I was interested in a hummingbird feeder. Since I had never had one before, she explained to me the benefits of the various items and helped me make selections that would give me a good chance of success. Because of her help, I feel much better educated and much more confident. Further, as a result of this experience, I have a good deal of confidence in the store and am much more likely to return for other items.

There were many products to choose from, lots of bird seed in different sizes and various flavors. The store was very clean with nice displays of bird related products. The clerk was knowledgeable and personable. I will certainly go back for bird food AND gifts for my children and grandchildren. I was also nice to hear the bird video in store and see the live birds visiting the outdoor of the store for their breakfast. Great store!

First time at the store and I was amazed at all the different products that you had. It's good to talk with someone who knows about different birds or where to find the information if I'm home. The prices may be a little high but it seems like the quality of the product is exceptional.
