Kim especially is knowledgeable on product & birds. All the staff are quick to offer assistance but also allow customer to browse. I love to check out merchandise, always something new to see! I’m so happy the store reopened!!

We came for the Owl prowl and enjoyed the Wesselman people and Owls.

The sales clerk explained which birds I was seeing in my yard by me describing them to her. She also recommended food for the particular species I am seeing.

This staff is extremely knowledgeable and always very friendly and helpful.
