Employees always say hello when I come in! Always help me find what I need, show me new items or something on sale! After checking me out, they always open my bird feed that has a plastic cap on it as I am an old lady and when I get the bag home I can’t open it. Then no matter who waits on me they will always take my bags to the car for me! I love your store and your products.

The Wild Birds Unlimited merchandise is of high quality, even if it is pricey. The sales people are always very nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about birds. I like the wide selection offered at the store.

I came in looking for a bird feeder to attract cardinals. A very knowledgeable girl immediately came over to help me and was very helpful. I bought a holder and some feed. No birds yet but I am being patient.
