During this time of coronavirus and the store being "closed" to walkins - I called to see if they were open and what my options were. Ashley was VERY nice, told me I could order phone/online; placed my order and called when I was a few minutes away and she rolled the cart out to my car - very efficient, helpful, friendly as always!! So glad I can keep my birds happy also; they add a smile to my face as I spend more time at home right now. Thank you!!

The store is very inviting. It makes you want everything in there! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions.

Used curb side service so did not go into store due to virus. Staff assisted me on phone and then bought items to car. Helpful & friendly.

During this time, service is highly important, but our feathered friends no nothing about social isolation. They still need food, especially as it is spring and they will be building nests and mating. We appreciated being able to call and order what we needed and charge it, pull up outside the store and have them bring it to curbside.

I called from just a a few minutes away. There was no problem. I was known, my order filled, my receipt ready, and my order brought out to the car! Quick, courteous, and convenient, as always!

When the Evansville store was closed between owners, I realized what quality products Wild Birds have. Love going in and looking. Can't wait for our lives to get back to normal but until that happens the free shipping is wonderful. All my birds say thank you, even those rude starlings.
