I tried to order online for delivery but was unable to make it work. When I called the store, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I ended up ordering from her and picking up my items curbside.

I HAD TROUBLE GETTING THRU VIA PHONE. THE LINE WAS BUSY THE 4 OR 5 TIMES I TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER. THERE FOR ME AND PATTY DROVE OVER TO THE STORE. I FULLY UNDERSTOOD YOUR SITUATION. NOT UPSET AT ALL. WE HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME WE COME OVER FROM OWENSBORO. YOUR CUSTOMER IS GREAT. EMPLOYEES VERY HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL.. GREAT DAY AS USUAL

WBU has always been stocked with the products I need. The staff person was exceptionally friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to be able to browse the store again in person, but curbside pickup was great!
