The set up is easy and fast. Of course I miss browsing in the store, but that is okay.

During this tough time the staff has been very courteous and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions on the phone when I called. Took the time to discuss the birds I was seeing at my feeder.

We have been a very satisfied customer for years at this store.Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, we have used deliveries frequently in the past few months. This is the first time we have had a delivery from WBU and we were very pleased with our service by Ashly. Fed Ex usually does your deliveries, but since she lives in Newburgh IN, she personally performed the delivery herself the same day!! One of the packages were 6 large Safflower cylinders that had to be over 30 lbs. Thanks Evansville WBU and especially Ashly! We will hopefully be in your store when it is open in the near future.
