WBU staff is so chipper & helpful It it always fun to discuss raccoon & squirrel issues w someone who understands! I had a damaged feeder & she repaired it in just a couple minutes. I love the store even if I’m just standing at the door !

Great products and very fast shipping. Only issue was the lid of my bark butter was broken in shipping and a chunk of the plastic lid is missing. I worry that it may dry out but other than that no issues. Our birds love your products!
