I will be glad when the store has reopened to in store shopping, I always find things I didn’t know I needed. But shopping on line was very easy. And curb side pick up was very concenient.

Kim was courteous on the phone when placing my order and knew exactly who I was when I gave her my name. She was helpful in deciding how much seed to buy and explained why the birds are going through food faster than usual right now. I was able to use my bird bucks over the phone. Pick up was quick, safe, and easy.

The website is easy to navigate; items are fully and accurately described. All the items I normally purchase are available for delivery. It was easy to use a "Bird Buck" for my order. Delivery was fast and within the time frame given.

I texted from parking lot and they Responded quickly and brought my purchase to the car very quickly.
