Quality of product, friendliness of staff, and able to get a replacement part for a hummingbird feeder. The store was above and beyond in adhering to Covid-19 guidelines.

The store was clean, had great signage to allow for social distancing, and had the store laid out for easy access.

They always greet me as soon as I enter the store and ask how they can help. They can bring up my past purchases so I can get the same thing quickly. Check out process is quick and I am on my way!

I purchased a cylinder and it was the wrong one. I called, the manager didn't return my call. I returned to the store and the manager apologized and took care of the problem. She was very nice and courteous. It was.my mistake and she took care of it
