Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favorite bird store.

The store is inviting, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoy browsing for feeders and food products to feed the birds around my home.

Extremely nice and knowledgeable people throughout the store. Great products. Always find something new.

Always have what we need and we use the pole bird feeding stations that they are well made and easy to keep clean.

I was satisfied with the service, but told the wrong information on what I needed to buy to keep crows, starlings away from my feeders. Was told by the owner hot stuff will keep them away. That was not the case didn’t make any difference, I’ve spent a lot of money over the last three years at the store. Frustrated that what I was told to buy didn’t work. Love the store not for sure if I’ll be back
