I was helped out finding just what I needed even though I wasn't sure what exactly I was looking for when I first got there. I knew I needed something to get my yard certified as a wildlife habitat and the staff was able to help me find what I needed.

They seem to tell us what we need for what birds we want to attract. They also go out of their way to help us with anything we need help with.

I prefer to shop with as much anonymity as possible. But it’s a small store, so I understand there will be good customer engagement. I simply let them know I’m just looking around for a few moments. But they’re always hovering, right? It’s cool. Bird people want to help other bird people have a good experience. I get it. Anyway, the staff helped me out quickly and professionally, answering questions, getting replacement rubber perch covers for my feeder. One associate helped me carry my order to the car. Unnecessary for me, but that’s cool too. One associate told me about the rewards program, got me set up with that, saved me some money. It was a good experience.
