I have been a Wild Birds Unlimited customer for many, many years. The quality of products are exceptional. The staff work to get to know their customers. It’s always a friendly place!

Staff is so knowledgeable, makes choices so much easier. Could talk to the staff for hours!

I feel like the food is high quality for the birds. I guess our dollar does not go as far as in the past and I feel a tad bit expensive. But I will continue feeding the birds and wait for sales to purchase additional food.

Always courteous, willing to answer questions & patient.

The salesperson greeted me right away. She was knowledgeable about her merchandise. I was very impressed with the friendliness and the help offered by the staff. They even carried my merchandise to the car.

I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly salesperson. With the staffing shortages you don’t always find such great customer service. I was impressed with the quality and variety of options available also.
