Lots of product to choose from. Staff is knowledgeable about birds. The store is clean and bright. I love the TV monitor behind counter showing live birds at feeders from different parts of the United States, fascinating!

Employees welcome me when I walk in the store, they always help me get my feed, answer my questions about what I need to keep away certain birds, and they open my bags for me which I’d hard for me and they ALWAYS take my purchase to my car for me without my asking. I love this store and am amazed at how many different kinds of feed there are, and the knowledge of the employees, no matter which employee is there.
