Greeted at door- your employees always make eye contact and tone of voice in greeting is always like their speaking directly to you not just repeating a script, no pressure, couldn’t recall which bird feed I’d gotten before and she immediately looked it up for me, asked if I needed help carrying bag out - which I did, called young man for help, he was polite too and after loading carefully he thanked me for coming in and wished me a good rest of the day. It’s just always a pleasure shopping here. The employees make you feel so appreciated!

This is a great store and great staff who are friendly and super knowledgeable! I wish you had a store in Bloomington too, where I live. I travel to Evansville for work and shop at WBU when I am there.

The warranty on the broken feeder was LIFETIME. I received what I paid for it in credit toward a new feeder bc the original was discontinued.
