The staff was extremely helpful and I ended up buy more in addition to my pick-up order.

I am always greeted when I enter the door and asked if I need any help if finding anything. Employees are always informative and helpful. Most everything I need is in stock. Some prices are a bit scary at times but are the same with the rest of the nature stores.

Alex, was a great help when I came in browsing. He was full of details to help me better understand how I can bring the birds I want to my yard.

Friendly staff

Very knowledgeable on merchandise and helped me remember what I got before so as to get the same birdseed I had gotten previously.

I found out my broken bird feeder could possibly be replaced even though it's not new.
