The knowledge of the staff and the ease of curbside pickup. The only problem that I have and I don't know if WBU can do about this, is there's no WiFi signal available. I rely on rideshare such as Uber or Lyft, and they require WiFi signals.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, quality products, no hassles.

The young man who helped us with our questions and with the items we selected was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us additional information on bird identification. I will return to the store and refer others to it.
