I was disappointed that I didn't find a particular finch feeder like one I had purchased at WBU years ago and hoped to replace. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I found items I haven't found locally anywhere else! Lovely store and helpful staff!

I found the registration process to be somewhat cumbersome and frustrating. After getting through that it went quite smoothly. Hopefully next time ordering will be easier.

Items are expensive, competition close by less expensive. One employee is knowledgeable but also very pushy and overbearing. Just let us shop and don't try to talk about every item. Give me space!
