Friendliness of staff.

The bird food is more expensive than I would like, but that has as much to do with my budget as the prices maybe.

Merchandise is on the pricey side.

Setting up a new account prior to placing my order was difficult due to the email verification step. Once I made it past that step, all went smooth. Local staff was amazing.

It was a little hard trying to find the bottom for my cylinder feeder. I think prices are a little on the high side. I ordered on line and didn't require any special assistance. So I don't feel there anything warranting high satisfaction.

Staff very knowledgeable

I'm satisfied. Nothing bad. It is a little more expensive than I would like, but I know it is good quality birdfood, so I get it there rather than other places, even if I can't afford to put quite as much food out.

I wasn't able to get a WiFi connection to schedule a Lyft ride. But one of the employees at WBU was kind enough to take me home.
