Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful to me with my questions and concerns. I feel the bird seed is expensive but a good quality. If I do buy 20 lbs of seed someone always volunteers to carry to my car. I am very appreciative of that.

While the model I wanted was out of stock, the clerk was able to show me why a different model birdfeeder would work. She assembled it for me, showed me the features, and provided a coupon to reduce the price. It was a bit complicated so this service was a great help.

The staff is friendly. They were able to answer my questions about attracting the birds I like. They helped with getting things out to the car. The coupon was good.

So pleased that this location is open again. Returning staff are INCREDIBLE.

Unfortunate that you must pay for a membership to get any discounts.

Not everything can be highly satisfying, like price

Wish there was a reasonably priced mix to cover most birds.
