I love WBU. The staff and owners at the Evansville, IN store are excellent. So thankful the store has re-opened. There was a little confusion about the correct trays for a feeder we have but with so many sizes, it is confusing. Normally the staff is very knowledgeable and right on with the pros and cons of each item. I purchased the squirrel proof feeder a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. The staff has tried numerous times to fix it. The fix works for a while and then it fails again. Plus the birds will not visit it when there are other choices, and many times when it is the only choice. I will exchange it with your next feeder exchange event. With all the snow we have, can you design a cover that will fit over your new small bird house type feeder? I tried both covers designed for the tube feeders but because the top of the feeder will not fit in the cover properly, it does not work properly. The roof on the new small feeder will not protect the tray from water or snow.
