I like the convenient location. Always has my product and many times it is on sale or they have sent me a coupon. The staff is quite knowledgeable not only on products but the birds themselves. Like which bird prefers certain seeds. Happy New Year!!!!

I want good quality seed especially in the winter. I like the variety of items for my birds. I like the expertise of the staff in the store to guide me on my purchases to fit the needs of the variety of birds in my yard and how to attract even more.

It is a very good store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of products. It would be difficult to leave there not finding something you wanted ... if one is attracted to caring for birds.

I have been a WBUL customer for a number of years. I love all of the products available but most of all I appreciate the knowledge that the sales people possess. I tend to purchase the items because they explain how to use the product and the benefits of the products. I love shopping at small businesses. While our store was closed I visited the Indianapolis and Nashville TN store and felt the same warm welcoming feeling.
