The salespersons helping me were efficient and always willing to share information and recommendations, without being pushy. The person checking me out was friendly and commented how much she loves coming to work at WBU and how great the new owner is to work for! So nice to hear people say they are happy in their job position...it shows in the way they interact with the customers.

I am ALWAYS greeted at the door with a smiling face and asked how I can be helped. They are very knowledgeable. And they never hover - they let you look around at your leisure, yet are readily available for help.

WE just really came in to look around and see what was available but Kim did a great job telling what was available and what would be bet to attract birds to our yard.
