The staff is always friendly, greet you when you walk in and yet, they do not hover if you wish to browse the merchandise.

I went to buy a birthday gift. Barbara was very helpful and explained the uses for all the difference accessories that goes with the advanced pole system. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always a joy to visit.
