Kim was very helpful, as always. I went into the shop before placing my order online to get a good visual of the products I was thinking of getting. She was informative and nice and creative in her suggestions. When I called to check if I could pickup the order on Sunday, she was expedient in getting it setup and ready for me. Ive shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited sporadically throughout the years, and Kim has always been kind and very cordial and helpful.
