Derek is always friendly, knowledgeable, & kind when I go in the store. He always has a smile on his face & remembers my account information when I check out. He also has great conversation & shares his knowledge, whether it is regarding birds or products in the store.

The staff members took the time to answer my questions and show me the merchandise I was interested in. I bought a bird bath and the clerk went above and beyond to make sure it was packaged well. She then carried it to my car for me. The clerks are available but not pushy.

Feeding birds brings me great joy. This store is always peopled with kind, friendly, helpful folks, and the best variety and types of products, from feed to feeders. I could buy everything in the store, no joke!
