I absolutely love this store. The new owner is so friendly, and Derek has helped me several times and is always super knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to buy from. I stopped in one time to check out bat houses and was given a free bag of food for the grand opening even though I didn't buy anything that trip, I went home and looked into the savings club thing and I'm hooked now, I had to go back the next day and couldn't have been more excited that the club felt like it more than paid for itself on my first purchase . Anytime I get a coupon I have to make sure to pop in and stock up on something else, even if I was just in there the day before. And I love the educational events, and think that it is a great asset and service done for our local community/enviroment. Not only have I recommended this store to all my friends and coworkers, I've given some samples of my bark butter and bark butter nuggets to the 2 biggest bird lovers in my life trying to talk them into going and checking out your goodies.

Brooke was very nice and delivered my order personally which is saying a lot because I'm approximately 45 minutes from the store. Had not shopped the store since it had changed hands, and I'm quite impressed with the quality of service.
