The people (owners and staff) are all so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I take advantage of the sales but shop there for my wild birds no matter what.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff there to help us. We like the no mess bird seed, as we feed from our 2nd story deck with no mess in our yard below.

They help me select the things I need, tell me if I could get an extra item with my coupons, Very friendly, AND they Carry out the bag to my car . I am not that old, but have shoulder problems, so that is great that they carry out.

I love each time I come into your Wenatchee store, that each employee (any visit) was helpful and informed. I absolutely love what items you carry in your store. The displays are very attractive. It is a great resource for our town, and learning birds!
