Staff treated me as soon as I entered the shop, were helpful but gave me space and let me browse. I was unsure which product to choose and they offered advantages to each, which helped me decide. After I checked out staff sanitized the card reader, so I had no worries about catching Coronavirus from my visit. Staff were very friendly and very helpful, something I've come to expect from this location. I have always been very pleased with my visits there

Due to the Corona-19 I needed bird food delivered. So easy to do and my seed arrived the next day! No shipping was great. Thank you Patrick, you made my day 😊

Friendly greeting upon my arrival. The young man knew a lot about birds and about the various products. He did a nice job of guiding me through the choices while letting me make my own decision about what to purchase. BTW, am very satisfied with the new feeder purchased.

The store is so fun. Lot's of really beautiful stuff. I earned a $10 off coupon and they were able to apply it to a wonderful bird mug I found, so it was like a gift.

The young lady that worked there was very friendly as well as helpful. She answered many question that I asked. We visited about the different bird we had spotted near our homes. Also explain the different functions of the birdhouses and feeders. Very pleased with my viisit there.
