I wasn't sure of an item I needed to order after I placed the online order so I left a message. Patrick replied immediately. He and all his employees are great to work with. Also, I am thrilled you don't use styrofoam to pack items!

Everything was available that I had been looking for in the big boxed stores.

Jackie. Her warmth, honesty, love of birds, and personal experience/expertise of local birds has made my first visit to your store a joy. What a relief to find someone I can seek out for advise. My mom moved in with us due to a cancer diagnosis and she was the one who set up the bird feeders as she has done her entire life. Since her passing, I've somewhat reluctantly inherited the practice of feeding her birds and I sometimes have no idea what to do. Jackie was a joy and revelation. I cannot thank her enough. I will go NO WHERE ELSE now.

Good conversation with manager about birds and realated merchandise. Good to have a knowledgeable representative selling bird related gifts and other supplies. Liked to see screen with Cornell birds running.
