I love the knowledge of the people in the store. They are friendly and always willing to help take out.

Was given answers to humminbird questions I had and bought the appropriate feeder and pole.

The store is easy to access, clean and well stocked with all and more one would expect from visiting a WBU store. The staff are friendly, great at socially distancing and knowledgeable but never pushy about products or wanting to sell more items. The staff were over the top helpful with getting my purchases in my car, all were wearing a mask and yet you could still see their smiles through their eyes. Loved the "perch here" stickers on the floor.

The store has always been highly satisfying. Patrick and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Their products are the highest of quality and the prices are reasonable.

I believe the owner's name is Patrick. He is VERY knowledgeable and super friendly and can always tell me, as I do not remember, what I usually buy - kind of bird seed. He even takes it to my car and loads it for me. I am most impressed and satisfied with this store and I do recommend frequently. His staff are well trained to do the same.

The folks at the store are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and up for a fun chat. I am not into shopping, except at WBU, where I wouldn't mind spending a couple hours and buying half the store up! It is fabulously laid out, a pleasure for the eye.
