The store is always well ran. The manager, Patrick, is a great and personable manager and knows how to run a business especially during trying times. The store is always clean, nicely decorated and easy to move around. The staff and Owner are very well versed in the product line and how to apply to the range of bird types and feeding habits. It's our favorite place to go!

The store manager took time to help and explain about some of the different bird baths and helped me learn more about the birds in our area. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and look forward to going back in the future.

The staff were able to help me with ideas for the feeders I already owned to keep unwanted birds out. And helpful with my new purchase to steer me clear of food that would not work well in the new feeder and explained why by finding me the right product.

Every time I walk into WBU in Wenatchee, I’m greeted by happy, helpful, and very kind people. They entertain all of my silly questions, help me make decisions about the best food/feeders to buy, and always help me to my car. I love this place.

The employees are absolutely wonderful. So friendly and knowledgeable. When I go in I feel like I have known them for a very long time, almost like family. It’s almost like a gift shop as well. So many things to look at.

Staff aware of what type of seed I use - looked it up to tell me. Sarah helped me carry out the bags. I purchased the new type feeder So far, there are all sorts of birds at the feeder since I was t store ---- they love the cranberry nut tube!! Thanks for being open now !
