I was very pleased, because a rep from the store call and let me know that there no more no mess bird log , there was only seven and they would give me three of another kind. That was very good of you.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Derek and the owner have have guided me in the right direction concerning different types of food for different birds. They have an interesting shop with many great products . I like to browse and frequently buy.

The friendliness of the staff, their knowledge and helpfulness. I highly appreciate that the masks rule is strictly enforced. They are one of three stores in town that I feel truly safe shopping in. The others being Rhubarb Market and Firehouse Pets.
