The employee was so personable and didn't hover or persist. He gave incredible insight into the product I wanted to buy, relaying anecdotal evidence. He was great and helpful.

The staff are always ready to help. If I'm not sure about a product, they know about it. They always offer to help carry heavy bags to the car for me.
