Staff are always friendly,informative about all of the products,quick to greet me at the door when i come in & they take their time helping me decide what to get based on the season.

I’m new to birdwatching and having a feeder. Ray was great, he showed me the weather dome to protect the seed in my feeder from the recent rain. Signed me up for the membership and told me how it work. Kate is lovely whenever I come in as well. It’s a really nice atmosphere in the store.
