The selection is great, the staff is great-- especially Julie, but both people there were so helpful and patient. We bought only one item but we were treated as if we were spending a million dollars.

Julie was very friendly and helpful. She helped me transfer my membership to her store. She also called me to say an item I had ordered was not available. She sent me photos of a comparable item which I am very pleased with. Great customer service!

Had what I needed (Hulled Millet Seed), in bag size I wanted. Delivery was faster than expected - so order was obviously processed and prepared and sent out very efficiently and quickly. Package arrived in good shape; I was ready to go, before I ran out of feed. Great job by all involved! Thanks!
