Actually I was very satisfied but thought it would border on phony just to go down the list with highly satisfied!!!!

The store always has the quality items I want but it is a bit pricey. I make shopping at WBU a special occasion when a have a few extra dollars to splurge.

Typically the clerk just grabs the bag of seed or puts it on a cart to take to my car. The clerk this time asked me if I wanted her help. There were others waiting in the store so I said no. Just a bit of a different experience. I am almost 70, so i wasnt expecting to handle it myself, but it was okay.

The only thing I would say that is negative is the prices - but all bird seed is more expensive than I think it should be.

It’s a high bar compared to other WBU stores.

Prices were high and now they are even higher.

the color of feeder was not available. Nothing upsetting, just wasn't crazy about the color I had to get.

Prices seemed high on the feeders and poles.

I was looking for a mister for my bird bath and you didn't have any.
