Staff was very knowledgeable. I had questions about the bird in the window poster and found out that I feed a large number of Pine Siskins on my deck. I also tried the bird jelly and now make a fruit medley every morning for the Catbirds and Chickadees. The gentleman who helped us with our purchases showed us a number of very good pictures on his phone and answered all of our questions.

It is so refreshing to go to a specialty store where the associates are knowledgeable about the products and are helpful to recommend items to help meet my specific needs.

Everything is easy to find and well labeled. It is well lite and always very clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are always working to make the buying process problem free. They are not overly pushy but available for questions or service.
