I am always greeted with a smile, and I am always helped out of the store with my merchandise and loaded in the car. Your store has really interested me in birding. The different feeders and food I have bought from you have greatly the number and kinds of birds that I have attracted. I also appreciate all the protocols your store took during the epidemic and how I could even have my bird products delivered to my home!

The store and the employees are the best. During the pandemic my order was delivered which went over and above in customer service. The bird seed is top drawer and my birds love it. The hot pepper seed is the best. I stopped feeding for a couple of years due to the squirrel issue and the hot pepper took care of that. Now if you could come up with something to deter the starlings and grackles.

I had a problem with a feeder purchased some time ago and it was taken care of twice in the same week.
