Number of patrons allowed in at one time was controlled and masks required so I felt comfortable shopping during this pandemic. Store is clean, bright, and neatly organized. Staff was very helpful re purchasing opitions.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They send emails to keep you informed of specials, promos and the different species of birds. I also enjoy the merchandise in the store like the mugs, etc.

I needed more more birdseed, but also had a problem in reassembling the bird feeder after cleaning it. This was addressed immediately and when we noticed some moisture within the “ weight” on the interior of the tube, that was replaced as well. Extremely helpful!! And the backyard birds are very happy too! Thank you for your assistance!
