I love this store! Not sure why you are the only store in the area still requiring masks though?? Honestly that could keep me from returning again soon….it’s just not necessary.

I enjoy speaking with your "bird expert." The staff is always friendly. The store is clean and orderly. I look forward to shopping with you. I just wish that I didn't spend so much money each month on the birds.

The woman who took my call and later brought my order to my car was friendly and thoughtful. While the price of the seed I buy seems quite high, I appreciate the personal service that comes from a local shop.

The staff at the Mechanicsburg store are all very friendly and helpful. Dan, the store ornithologist is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with as he always has something informative to say. I also enjoy this store's newsletter which always includes photos from Dan with educational information about the species he has seen and photographed.

Appreciate Covid precautions. Like the selection of the bird food and Bird Bucks. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly without going over the top.

Visiting the store is always a great experience. The people are so knowledgeable and eager to share experiences. The products are the best I have ever found. I consider my trips to the Mechanicsburg store to be a social/educational trip that is always satisfying.
