The staff was very friendly and provided information regarding the Club option. I decided to join the Club and enjoyed the wonderful welcome gifts. My birds have been enjoying the sample seed and the free tube feeder!

As a novice wild bird enthusiast, and having tried sub-par food and products, I knew I should have to you first. Very please with the products, bird feed, bird feeders, the staff is great and helpful and may I add, patient with all my questions. Delighted to have this gem in my back yard, so to speak.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and passionate about birds. Always fun to share experiences with and get new ideas for feeding. Do wish prices weren't so high. I still need to look for some items elsewhere because of the cost.

It wasn't too busy and you had what I needed in stock. In addition, for the first time, I was able to get one of your calendars (you've always been out in the past).
