They know me by name. I am greeted at the door. They answer all questions and suggest options. They explain how item work. Point out sales. Lastly they carry my purchase to the care with a smile.!!!

They listen to bird stories and trade information. Love the articles included in the emails. I tell others about your store and give gift cards to friends (to get them in the door). MOST IMPORTANTLY my backyard birds love the products.
