I have always loved the quality and the knowledgeable staff. I always enjoy my shopping experience. My birds love the quality of the food.

We are familiar with WBU, having frequented the store in Reading, PA. The knowledge of the staff is great and they try to answer my questions. We have relocated from the suburbs to the city and bird feeding is different - the kinds of feeders that are available for our situation is great! And high quality seed.

I know that I will find high-quality bird seed and supplies. Being a member and earning bird bucks really helps, too. I always enjoy talking to the sales people. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help in any way. I always appreciate how the clerks always take my merchandise to the car for me. I am disabled, and Wild Birds Unlimited is one of the few stores that I can shop in myself.

Both times I came into the store, I was greeted by friendly and super knowledgeable staff. Both gentlemen answered my questions, asked further questions to understand my goals, and recommended products that would work for me. Unbeatable service!

I am a new "birder" and love everything about this store! The staff is amazing and answers every question I have. I love the products and best of all, my backyard birds love the products! This is my version of "retail therapy"!
