The Whole Staff Is Always VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. The Only Problem's That The Prices Are VERY HIGH. If I Go To Ohio, I Can Get Most Items For 1/2 Price. I Know Gas Is Very High Now, It's No Reason To Have The Prices You Charge, I Think You Could Reduce The Prices By At Lease By $10.00 Per Bag & Still Make a Profit, But That's Just My Feeling

I am new to bird watching/feeding. The woman I spoke with, I believe the Assistant Manager, was great. I told her what I was looking for. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Will be going back!

Store is clean, inviting, well-stocked and the staff are most helpful - even load purchases into car! They take their time to answer, assist when we ponder possible solutions. Great experience!
