Disappointed on suet cake didn't have NO MELT hot pepper supersuet

Not your fault. I just hate shopping, lol.

Because the special suet cakes (Woodpecker and Smorgasbord) are not available to buy at the WBU online store even though that brand’s suet balls are for sale on the web site. It is an inconvenience to make my purchase online but not be able to buy everything I want to buy.

It would be nice if everyone would wear a mask.

While the staff was extremely qualified and very helpful, the quality of the merchandise while fresh and clean was not what i expected, especially in light of the higher prices than i am used to paying at other stores/brands.

With good products come higher prices, which is to be expected. I can't afford coming in as much as I would like. My privilege, not yours...

Purchased bird seed that is coated with hot spice to deter squirrels. It seems to have kept away squirrels, but still have had only one bird feeding. Not the stores fault, just disappointed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice variety of merchandise.

Cost is high when compared to other brands. Your bird food is of a noticeably better quality, but it is so much more expensive.

1. The store has quality,merchandise and the owner (female) is very solicitios and friendly with a great smile, however the personnel seem to hover when I am looking at the items for sale. 2. I would like to see more items for sale, other than food products. I also would like more books that are bird-related. I was slightly offended when they did not want to accept cash when that is an option I should be able to to use as it is legal tender and you don't have to pay a credit card company for their processing of the sale.
