I was greeted by staff when I came into the store and they asked what they could find for me. Love the store, so clean with great quality products and very knowledgeable staff. The person helping me helped me get my seed to the car.

First of all, the staff is excellent. They are all super friendly, attentive to shoppers, and knowledgeable about their products. Second, I love the wide variety of products at this store. Third, I am thankful for the coupons sent by email or snail mail as they help me buy the more expensive items in the store. The membership is worthwhile too as I get a small discount on the bird food. Forth, I am happy that I don’t have to go far to get to this store. It is in a great location.

We have been patrons of this store since it opened. Good quality bird food and the owners are very connected to the community. We really enjoy the special events they host at the store, which are always very informative.

The mesh feeder that I bought at WBU I found at an Ollies a couple of days later for half the price ($32 and some change at WBU and $15.99 at Ollie's). That really surprised me. But I do like the extensive selection at WBU.

You did not have the size of bird bath tray that we were looking for.

Prices leaped up when shipping costs rose because of fuel price increases last year. Fuel prices are back down, but the cost of merchandise is not coming down.
