I was looking for a platform feeder in a bigger size than you carried. An employee went online to the company they buy them from and found 2 options for me in a bigger size. I then had them order one for me. This excellent customer service is an example of my supporting small businesses is important.

The staff is very easy to talk to and don't push you into buying things you don't need/want. They always offer to help bring stuff to my car, and the store is always clean!

Tom answered my questions on products. He and the store manager provided a brief education on butterflies, which led to additional purchases. It's always a pleasant experience shopping at your store.
