was very happy there was a coupon to use with purchase. called to place order or have items held so they wouldn't sell out before i could get to store the next day. saleswoman on phone at store was very helpful and placed order over phone so it was paid for and waiting to be picked up next day.

I have found the staff to be very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They have provided me with suggestions on improving my feeding process. In addition, they have made me aware of some things I was doing that was harmful to for the birds.

The quality of the goods is exceptional. I purchased their pole system for my yard and it works beautifully to keep squirrels away .. since bought 3 more as gifts!
