The merchandise is unique. It is very good value. It is just a joy to be in the store.

The staff could not be kinder, patient, more welcoming than they already are. Everyone is so very nice with genuine smiles and a desire to help. It's wonderful to talk all things bird related with fellow bird enthusiasts! The quality of the bird seed is top and it's the only food i put in my feeders. If you see fat birds around Ashburn, it's because they have been spoiled by all the great seed you sell! I love this store and the staff!

The woman in the store knew absolutely everything about birds and what kind of bird feeder and food I needed to buy with my dog roaming in the area.

The staff in this store is always available and helpful. I also like to consult staff about local birds and they always have knowledge about birds in the area too. Some of the products are not totally thought out and could use some tweaking.
